Airfix 1:48 Lightning F2a
Finished another Lightning, this one an F2a from 92 Sqn. - RAF Gütersloh Germany. I think the newer Airfix kits are really fun to build. They go together well and make a great series 3 (three footer) for my shelf. Used the kit decals which were a bit crusty and some of them silvered over my gloss coat. Have others to build and will use aftermarket decals for them.

Wonderful job Chris. I am going to have to do the math but that looks like a big bird!
