RAAF P-40E WarhawkEgypt 1942

April 25, 2025 · in Aviation · · 58 · 485

I am happy to present my completed P-40E Warhawk . I utilized all available accessories from Eduard which really enhanced the already incredible amount of detail the base kit offers.

Overall the fit was decent especially for some of the accessories I added. PE flaps are often quite the ordeal, but this set fit relatively nicely.

•Eduard P-40E SPACE 3D interior decals Cat. No.: 3DL48208

Sorry for my absence from the forum as of late. Have a 6 month old at home which is making free time a bit sparse.

Cheers everyone!

  19. Well, I mean... c'mon, a few panels open, some aftermarket stuff, flaps dropped, a bit of work in the cockpit and engine and folks are tripping over themselves... really? Yes, REALLY, because they know superb work when they see it, and this is utterly superb. If you can do this while you've got a youngster to look out for, then it's an even more wonderful result. 'Nuff said... very well done ;-).

  20. Nice P-40. Love the engine detail.
Congratulations on being a father, and I hope your little one will enjoy admiring your models soon! Mine sure did and would wait patiently till I got home so he could admire the “Brumm-brums” with me.
