RAAF P-40E Warhawk – Egypt 1942
I am happy to present my completed Eduard P-40E Warhawk 1/48. I utilized all available accessories from Eduard which really enhanced the already incredible amount of detail the base kit offers.
Overall the fit was decent especially for some of the accessories I added. PE flaps are often quite the ordeal, but this set fit relatively nicely.

Thank you Greg, I’m glad you like it! @gkittinger
Well, I mean... c'mon, a few panels open, some aftermarket stuff, flaps dropped, a bit of work in the cockpit and engine and folks are tripping over themselves... really? Yes, REALLY, because they know superb work when they see it, and this is utterly superb. If you can do this while you've got a youngster to look out for, then it's an even more wonderful result. 'Nuff said... very well done ;-).
Haha thanks Paul @paulh
Nice P-40. Love the engine detail.
Congratulations on being a father, and I hope your little one will enjoy admiring your models soon! Mine sure did and would wait patiently till I got home so he could admire the “Brumm-brums” with me.
Thank you Carel! Also thank you for the kind words. This is my second kiddo, so been at it for a bit 😅. My son which is almost 3 loves helping dad at the bench!
That's an amazing result, Keith @greenterrorz
All those visible details do make it an exceptional build. You hardly see them being built in such an excellent way.
Well done.
Thank you John @johnb
One of the best models I have ever clapped eyes on! I know it’s cliche, but it’s hard to believe it’s not 1/32. Off the chart, Keith.
