USS Bainbridge CLGN 25, 1/600 Atlantis.{Aurora]
This is Atlantis's repop of the Aurora kit. I was not pleased with the way it looked in the instruction photos so down the rabbit hole, the ship was update in the '70s adding superstructure updated weapons. of which I attempted to do - two CIWIS mount which came a little small for this scale. and two Harpoon mounts. I also added a forward lattice structure. The super structure is a combo of an old credit card and a Lego block, and a lot of putty. The water line is actually black photo tape. I cut the molded in railing and used photo etch.
