I build almost anything that piques my interest. I build what I like, as I like.
Here's some pics of my 1/35 Tamiya armor kits.
First up is the M16 Quad Gun half track. Pretty much out of the box with stowage from a variety of kits. Painted with Model Master rattlecan OD.
Second is a kit bash of the Tamiya (old) M3A1 [...]
1/35 Italeri Hetzer. Finished it yesterday, FINALLY!
Used Tamiya Panzer IV add on tools (which accounts for the crooked side skirt) and the rubber tracks from the Tamiya Hetzer kit.

Decals from Aeromaster for an 80th fg bird. True Detail wheels, Xtracolor gloss paints for the OD/Neutral Grey, Testors square bottle gloss green. At the time I did this, I didn't have any real reference [...]
Built out of the box, with wood grain decals for the slats in the bed. Not perfect, but I'm happy with it.
