Building, painting and finishing scale aircraft models.
Hi all
This is my latest project, a P-40E from FAB during WWII. This plane was used in patrol along the Atlantic in Natal (Parnamirim Airfield), Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil.
This plane was part of the first lot of 6 P-40E received as part [...]
The Fleet Air Arm suffered in the early years of the war for the lack of a carrier‑based fighter that had performance sufficient to face the land‑based Axis air forces on any basis of equality. This was nowhere more apparent than in [...]

I built this kit a while back. I have seen this aircraft at Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum/Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center at the Dulles Airport in Washington DC. It is HUGE!
I ran across some photos taken right after the war when [...]
This is my second Tamiya kit to finish and it was well-engineered and thoughtfully designed. I started this Skyray about three years ago, only to put it aside about half finished. I returned to it about a month ago and pronounced it [...]

Here is my latest Wingnut Wings model. Not much needs to be said about these kist as they are literally the nicest kits you could ever imagine constructing.
Additions:
Gas Patch turnbuckles/brass tube ends.
EZ Line rigging
Masking tape [...]
Built this ages ago but haven't managed to upload it - sorry guys!
Although an old kit and picked up for a bargain at £5! As well as a few touch ups in the cockpit, it soon came out a nice kit 🙂
