    Hi everyone!

    Got rhis oldie...

...thinking it would have been a reboxing of the very good current Hasegawa 1/72 F-117. Instead, it is the initial late 80s tooling, which is an approximation of the real bird, as, by that time, little info was available. The kit is very simplistic and can only be built with wheels up. Here is the progress so far... The shape not even comes close to the real thing, but my sons love it, so I might paint it in another camo than the "obligatory" black.

    More to come!

    A nice kit, Spiros @fiveten
To me it looks a bit like an egg plane with this shape.
Good idea to use a different camo scheme.

Couldn't live with those humongous intakes, so I covered them with some sort of mesh. Also some puttying...

Nice work on those intakes, Spiros @fiveten
What kind of car/aircraft is that in the background.

It will look great when it is done, Spiros (@fiveten). I didn't know Hasegawa ever did anything without an option for the landing gear.

In the background is a Hot Wheels Cloud Cutter that my kids deemed suitable as a background 😄😄😄

Thanks my friend @gblair! Oh yes, this is a totally simplistic and wrong shaped "F-117”, but, back in the late 80s, the world had little clue of how the bird looked like.

Some more putty around the meshed intakes, also the top antennas (whatever they are 😄) were added and canopy masked with liquid mask...

    Some nice progress, Spiros @fiveten
Seems like there is also progress on a Hornet.
Edit: just found the progress update on the Hornet 😉

Let's hope this bench will somehow be less crammed 😁

After some small jobs and a final coat, I call this off-shaped "Stealth Fighter"...

    Done!

    Thanks All who followed!
