Hi. This is the Revell Lancaster with the (I think) Jennifer Wright conversion. I think it was designed for the Airfix kit but it fitted the Revell model with no problem. Decals are from the spares box PK.

If you look just below the "narrative" box, you should see a ADD IMAGES TO THIS POST option with a [+] - click on that and upload as per the normal procedure(s). HTH
