@johnb Looks pritty good! Especially pilot seats. In My B-17 I have rubber cockpit floor, so I paint it on matt black. Also cockpit walls I painted different - chromate yellow follow by Airfix manual.

PS. I hope You enjoy FM-2 kit, and we build our Wildcats togeather.

@johnb I think interior are in some eleents better than Airfix (for example compartment doors)

Hello gents, I succeed to get back on the work bench (thanks for the kind words @johnb, @fiveten, @gblair).

    Really nice progress @johnb, @lis.

    Here are mine.

I applied the olive drab green on the upper parts. next step is to paint the ailerons and rudder.

The Revell 's manual is suggesting to paint in grey, but according to the pics of the Belle there more greenish. What do you think?

@johnb watch out for the paint, the panel lines are really deep, I had the surprise that the green flowed to the under surface. Maybe because my paint was too diluted or my making tape did not fir properly. But since we have the same kit I wanted to give you this info

Hi Yann (@yann): I think the most likely paint scheme you want is olive drab over the top, and gray on the bottom. The ailerons, elevators, and rudder would be painted the same colors, but would fade more quickly than the other parts of the plane, so in some photos it may look much lighter. Yeah, I actually got a photo to upload.

Ditto with @gblair, @yann! OD faded, that's what it was.
    Great progress!

Very nice progress, Yann @yann, and thanks a lot for the warning.
Agree with @gblair and @fiveten on the faded OD at the fabric parts.
