A WW2 design, that possibly saw service against the Japanese in the last days of the war, so I listed it here. Some extra detail work, but basically OOB.

Very nice Mark. This put me in mind of the 1/76 Matchbox kits from the 70's which used to come with a small display base, just big enough to show off the model. Airfix had a similar tank to this in their range, and refered to it as the Stalin Tank, i dunno if thats the same as yours or not! Great little diorama mate.

    Thanks Gregor,

Glad you liked it. Yes, Airfix did a 1/76 JS-3 in the early 1960's, and both Roden and Trumpeter have done it in 1/72 much more recently. My bases are usually smaller, I call them tank biscuits, but I wanted an excuse to articulate the suspension on this one.

    Cheers,
    Mark
