@clipper Thank you Carl! No giant hand, it’s my shaky hand :). Gr for the Honda! It’s a great bike and a fun build

Hey, Cricket @bikequeen, great work on the Kawasaki, love those brake components. Happy new year!

Brakes and other components look great, Cricket (@bikequeen). I understand being tired. Being tired is just part and parcel of being 72, but I have also been helping my son-in-law do the sheetrock in a double garage, so extra tired. The 31st is our 42d anniversary, so my wife and I are doing a little quiet celebrating tonight. Have a great New Year.

@chinesegeorge thanks George I'm reasonably but happy with them….the CA glue is a bit sloppy, thats my only complaint

@gblair are u saying im 72 George? :). Happy anniversary to you both. It’s a pity because the ram air intake is going to hide the supercharger i put so much time in … SIGH 🙁

Hi Cricket (@bikequeen): You are a youngster, Cricket. Nope, it's me that's 72, and I will be 73 in February. Never thought I would live this long.

While I wait for a warmer day so I can airbrush the fuel tank and a few fairings I decided to apply the Carbon fiber decals the front cowling. This is gunna be a long long process apply deacl, then solvent (Walther’s as it’s all I have) then wait for it to set, and repeat 🙂

Thanks for all the comments….especially the “Youngster” one 🙂

Seems like quite a lot of work.

Take your time with those carbon fibre transfers, Cricket @bikequeen, it will be worth it. You are all youngsters, I’ll be 74 in June this year.

Decals look good, Cricket (@bikequeen). Walthers is a strong decal softener, which means it should work great with the thicker decals that Tamiya makes. I actually had it dissolve the decals on a plane I was building.
