Wow, Cricket (@bikequeen). A bike in 1/9 will be really large. I have never heard of this bike, but it looks like this is an bike from the 1940s or earlier. Is it plastic, or some type of multi-media kit?

@gblair the bike is from the late 20’s through early 30’s at the time it was billed as the “Rolls Royce of motorcycles”. It is mixed media, mostly white metal, some resin, PE, rubber. Ive hard it a few months but never opened it

, the white metal seems to be of decent quality but there will be a lot of filing, sanding and polishing. With this in mind I may put it off. While working on the Gorilla i had to scrape a lot of chrome off and i think a bit of it got in my eye and caused enormous irritation for days so I may stay away from filing anything for awhile as my eye is still pretty sensitive.

This bike is on hold, it’s a good winter project, I’m not going to start it now
