Well folks, it has happened again, the GB Curse.
Two years ago it was the D.Day build, and our window got put through, damaging the T.Bolt.
This time, bigger problems have arisen...
We, the wife and I, have been served notice to quit our flat!
We have 2 months before he has to go to court and state his case there.
The only reason he wants us out, is to redevelop, i.e knock 1 flat into 2.
Double the income for the same foot print...

I am giving my self until the end of June before packing away the hobby stuff, so I will see what I can do until then.

So I apologize to Greg K. for this, we knew that it was an issue that was not going away but just happened out of our control.

As for group build "commitments," no worries! It's all about fun - NOT stress. Leave the deadline - when you get her done, she's done!

I will chip in with Greg and have you and family raised up in prayer as well . In the end everything will be ok as God promised. You already remain positive and in faith.
