    Great start, John (@johnb). The Eduard set is really nice and is a great addition. Everything fits well. Be careful with the panel on the right side of the cockpit tub. I put mine too far forward and covered the slot for the instrument panel. Thankfully it popped off and I was able to reposition it. Hardest part of the build is starting, so it all gets easier now.

    @ssgt, both sets of PE were €17, I ordered them at Eduard.

    @vicbalshaw, always nice to add details by starting with a PE challenge, Vic

    @gblair, thanks for the warning, George

    @fiveten, thanks a lot, Spiros

    Starting with adding PE, nicely detailed.

    It always amazes me at how much detail can be seen on such a little bit of PE.

    Looks great, John (@johnb). I was surprised by how many PE parts go into the instrument panel. If I recall correctly, there are 8 parts that will eventually be here. Lots of detail.

    @vicbalshaw, indeed, lots of details to be seen but difficult to work with. Still I do like the end result if all gets together nicely.
    @gblair, thank you, George. Your message on how to deal with the side and upper panels definitely helps, thanks for that.

    George @gblair and John @johnb, both of you are the Pied Piper of iModeler. Seeing the cockpit details,ejection seat and the engine intake after market parts seems to be the way to go. I have ordered the extras. Which means the cockpit and intake on the build are on hold. The build will be a little asymmetrical while waiting for the parts.

    @stephen-w-towle, thank you Stephen. The intake part is still something I'm looking for, I went to a modelling show yesterday, but besides buying lots of other stuff, I was not able to find this replacement part. Will try my luck online.
    @fiveten, thanks a lot, Spiros

    The seat looks very detailed already, my friend @johnb!

    Hi, John (@johnb). The PE makes a big difference with the kit seat. Folding the arm rests was a nightmare. It will look great with paint.

    @fiveten, @gblair, thanks a lot. The folding was not easy indeed.

    That seat is starting to take shape John. PE is not easy stuff to work with but in the end I believe it is worth the time and effort.
