Just catching up with this Spiros, looking at the three choices it looks like the colour should be IJN grey !

Thanks my friend @kalamazoo! True, IJN gray is written at the instructions, however, by examining seasonal pics I l am towards aluminum...

Found a net pic of a magazine depicting a Zero, a Judy and a Jill, all captured...

I would bet the Zero is IJN gray, but the Judy looks to be in aluminum, a shade I plan to replicate by spraying matt clear on the model as a final coat.
