Indeed, the final result is really beautiful, my friend @lis! This kit fought you all the way through, but you showed it who the boss is. Well done!
-
Despite the issues, you still did a wonderful job, Bernard @lis Your perseverance brought the best out of this challenging kit.

@j-healy @holzhamer @clipper @stephen-w-towle @clipper @fiveten @fxrob @johnb @gblair After takeing off masks. Not perfect. Signs of hard work to fit all into one piece is visible. But nothing better I […]

All looking fine, Bernard @lis
-
Very clean paintjob, @lis! Looking forward to seeing this with a matte coat.
-
And after Weathering and final coat of clear semi gloss.
-
Looks excellent before decalling, my friend @lis!
-
It's been my experience with decals Bernard (@lis), that once the softener is down, don't touch the decal. The setter is okay as this is intended to be used to help place the decal in the proper position, but […]
-
Thank You @johnb @fiveten I forgot one small vid before decaling.
-
Turret looks excellent, my friend @lis!
-
The decals do look nice after weathering, Bernard As does the turret. You are doing an amazing job on this one.
-
@fxrob @fiveten I use Mark Fit from Tamyia but Yes. This liquid has four years. I comleted turret.
-
Sorry to hear, my friend @lis. Maybe Mr Mark Fit is too strong for these decals, maybe trying Mr Mark Softer or similar mild softener next time first?
-
This is odd, @lis. Maybe the softener has become too old?
-
@gblair @stephen-w-towle It was typical Decal Mark Fit from Tamyia and earstick. But after Weathering, and semi gloss cost It Lipsk acceptable I think.
-
Well Bernard (@Lis), mom said there would be day's like this. There are only two states of perfection, your dead or you are your higher power. Everything else is temporary. Decals are always the spoilers for […]
-
I have never had the color come off the decals like that, Bernard (@lis). I have had them come apart while working with them. Are you talking about using decal softener or actual fabric softener?
-
Sorry to hear about the decals, Bernard @lis This Blenheim is giving you a real hard time. I think that after weathering the correction will be barely visible.
-
@clipper @fiveten @fxrob @johnb @gblair I truly feel like an abnormal person. for the third or fourth time in a row, while pushing the decals into the panel lines with a stick dipped in softener, the decal […]
-
Nice work on the figures, Bernard @lis This short break will give you fresh energy to continue with the Blenheim
