    @lis, there is a topic here; https://imodeler.com/groups/general-modeling/forum/topic/liquified-styrene-how-do-you-make-your-brew/
Best of luck with this addictive stuff 🙂

    Finally nose attached

The gun main body wass attached form the inside of the clear nose, the innards were painted interior color and the nose was then attached.
After curing it will be blended to the fuselage.
Cannot believe that I left the clear nose stall behind... 🙂
    Cheers, EOJ GB!

And now the PFP QC inspectors are ready to stick their nose out and do the VNE. . . . . I'm already biting nails here @fiveten 🙂

It has been a challenging period since my last visit... 🙂 Great progress, I hope you will not loose your mojo.

Thanks my friends @lis and @pikofix!

Lis, the machine gun's main body is already attached in position. The barrel will be attached at final stages, as to avoid knocking it off during painting (masking, demasking etc).

Csaba, the clear nose situation caused a slump in my Cicogna build, but mojo is high! Because of all great people here, like you, following and commenting, mojo is boosted even more!

    Smooth sanded

The nose was quite adequately blended at the fuselage. Everything was sanded smooth; the windows were polished. Now some masking and off to the paint shop!
    Cheers, great EoJ GB!

    Spiros, @fiveten
It has been a little while since I have posted on your build journal, and I was also lagging behind with reading about it. I am very impressed with the progress you have made. It is really taking shape !

I can't wait to see it return from the paint shop... 🙂

    Masked

I masked the nose with masking tape and the windows with Maskol.
I also noticed two more nasty sink marks on top of the dreaded clear nose, which were subsequently filled, with sanding pending.
Then all openings will be blocked and this beauty will head to the paintshop!
    Cheers, EoJ GB!

@fiveten what brand of paint do yo use?

I normally use Humbrol enamels, @lis.
But this is a leftover Molak enamel I had from many years ago. Looks good upon application, but I have noticed it does not stick as well as the Humbrol. Maybe it's too old, or, maybe it's the brand. Anyway, Molak enamels do not exist anymore.
