To be honest, my Humbrols are a few years old, I haven't used their latest batches, @lis...

    Spiros, @fiveten
The Fiat is already looking very good, and you are just getting started with painting it. It will only get better from here.

    Brown and green added...

Camo lines are very interesting: they are straight, "splinter" type at most places, being more "curvy" (but, still, hard-edged) at the rear part!
    Onto the Italian Sand soon!
    Cheers EoJ GB!

The green is Humbrol 149, my friend @lis!
Here is the Cicogna after Hu63 (for the Italian Sand) application:

    First painting round finished

I removed the masks and gave all surfaces a protective coat of Future.
Now the corective respray/touchup session is to come.
Top paints dried to the rough side, so very light polishing sanding will beforehand take place.
    Cheers, EoJ GB!

Progressing well, Spiros. I like the Italian 3 tone scheme on bombers a lot.

    Decals on

Just six decals, Mr Mark Softer taking care of them...
They make nice cotrast to the camo, don't they?
    Next some touching up.
    Cheers, EoJ GB!

    Entering final construction...

I attached the fin supporting struts, which have an aerofoil profile and are nicely rendered from this increasingly pleasantly surprising kit. Attachment took some fiddling around, that's the price one has to pay when he decides to attach them at later stages (like here), so they would not interfere with painting!
In the meantime, general touching up is in process...
    Cheers, Great EoJ GB!

@fiveten very cool and such a different scheme (and plane) than we are used to.
