I attached a properly cut tiny clear acetate (ok, from my sons' bisquits package) sheet on top of the gunsight base;
-
1. Better than the previous raw plastic one
Looks better now!
-
1. Antenna wire
2. White glue as filler
3. Impressive propeller
I attached the clear parts, that fit very well, the few remaining microgaps taken care of with a smear of white glue, faired over with a damp cotton bud.
I run a piece of silver stretched sprue at the antenna masts, that look very unusually placed and very impressive indeed! Waiting for the glue to cure, so I can stretch it with my wife's hairdryer.
Glued the intimate propeller at the shaft.
Lieutenant Commander Masayoshi Tsuruno is almost ready for his mission, too, lacking only painting his belts and doing microtouchups:
-
1. The excellent but (and?) demanding Lieutenant Commander Masayoshi Tsuruno, still in painting process
Some microtouchups to his Shinden will also be required.
All the best!
