    @firelockg, thanks for the feedback, Ian. Next week there is a large model show nearby which I will visit. I will see if I can find some useful information and material there.

    Still had to fix the gap between the wing and fuselage bottom. Filled with Vallejo Plastic putty. Just some cleaning to be done.

    Things are really coming together, John (@johnb). The upper wing and support wires are getting close.

    Indeed, coming together beautifully, my friend @johnb! Nice treatment of the gap!

    @gblair, thank you, George. Indeed, I'm trying to hold off that upper wing and rigging activity as long as possible πŸ™‚
    @fiveten, thanks a lot, Spiros.

    Large model show should yield some helpful information John, I found most folk at shows don't mind talking about their models and methods.

    Aileron cranks mounted on the upper wing. Had to look it up first what those parts were.

    Mounted the struts on the lower wing and on the engine cover. Not sure if this is the correct approach to finally have the upper wing mounted.

    Also the PE control wire connections on the elevators are placed, not an easy task to get that done.

    Yesterday there was a modelling contest with several suppliers present as well. At the GasPatch stand I bought the following turnbuckles. Incredible how small they are. Luckily there are 50 pieces supplied, so I can lose some πŸ™‚

    Also bought EZ-line 'fine' which should be appropriate for rigging.

    Great progress so far John, you can bet that some turnbuckles will escape.
