Off to brakelining!
First, I made some thin stretched sprue (brake lines in a tiny aircraft in 1/72 should look thin...)
Then, I cut three pairs as follows:

1. Bent pieces (to "travel" along the scissors
2. Straight pieces

One smallish straight piece that will run from the leg root to the scissors

One bent piece that will run just outside the scissors

One longish piece that will run from the scissors to the brake caliper

1. Straight piece
2. Bent piece
...and glue them at the above places, trying to make them look like one continous (brake) line.
When the glue cures, I will cut the excess piece at the caliper area, paint the whole assembly "steel" and drybrush it with black.

Hopefully the brake lines will show well, still in "scale" thickness!
