@gblair, I'm kind of nervous to get the Dutch scheme on in a good way.

It is a cool paint scheme, John (@johnb). The national pride of the Netherlands rests on your shoulders, so no pressure.

I am sure you will get the scheme spot on, my friend @johnb!

@gblair, now you are really putting the pressure on 🙂
@fiveten, the aluminum lower surface might be the most challenging part.

Finally the Buffalo is back on the bench. The clear glue for the canopy did cure enough after one week. Painted the canopy and the screen in the belly interior green.

Looks great, John (@johnb). This would be a lot tougher if you had to create your own masks.

Had to go for a second round of primer. During the first round, the airbrush was "spitting" a lot of drops on the surface. I had to let it dry and did a little bit of grinding to smooth the surface. The second round went on much better.
I'm reaching the end of the bottle for the primer, maybe wise to get a new/fresh one.

Primer looks awesome, John (@johnb). Have you figured out why you had problems with the first round of primer?

@gblair, thank you, George. It is the last bit of primer left in the bottle, I think it somehow became a little thicker than usual, I did thin it the last round more than I usually do and that seemed to work. Definitely time to open up a new bottle.
