    Some details

There's a small antenna (I think) on top of the parachute housing: To replicate it, I glued a piece of stretched sprue, that I am going to blend it in, upon curing:
HAF F-16s also sport a police light at the starboard fuselage front:
I driiled a such hole, planning to replicate the light with Humbrol Clearfix:
    Thanks for stopping by!

    Nice detail my friend

The RDAF F-16A have their policelights on the left hand side

and they appear to be on the singleseaters only - I have no pictures of an F-16B with a policelight.

Good morning my friends @airbum and @johnb!

Thanks for positive commenting! As usual, it is THE motivation booster!

Regarding the two seaters police lights: here is HAF's 144 at a very early pic, most probablu=y in the USA, undergoing test flights before delivery. No police light there...

Here she is, same girl (144) in Greece, a few years later, by the Hangar. Is ti a police light there or not?

    It most certainly is!

Now, go figure! Looks like retrofit...

Anyway, the small antenna on top of the chute housung has been faired:

The housings port side has been re-treated with putty and, just for fun, I applied Squadron Green (diminishing...) over the gray "base" putty...

A complete 1000grit sanding has already taken place (including pylons, wing tanks and doors) and, after a final re-treat of the port side of the chute housing (it still needs some outty there...) we are ready for the paint shop! (after an 114CW - my Base - "stopping by", where QC1 and QC2 - my sons - will commence their usual visit...

    Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks for the police light info, Spiros.
Seems like you had a productive day already.
    Coming along nicely.

Spiros, is it only the F-16A/B that has these, or is it random? - the F-16C's that visited Aalborg in 2018 did not have policelights on the right side. I know they are retrofitted to most F-16's as the Danish ones did not have them at first.

Oh, and regarding the putty @fiveten, how about some Tamiya White just to go all-in 😀

Modifications look great, Spiros (@fiveten). Your police lights are very interesting. I have never seen them before. What are they used for?

Great work Spiros, love all the additions and the specifics to the HAF aircraft! Keep the updates coming, really enjoyable!

George @gblair, If I may intrude, the Policelights are used for - policing. . . - the term is used over here for interception of aircraft that is not known or needs verification - they are for extra light for nighttime intercepts, to verify the registration etc.

    Thanks my friends @johnb, @airbum, @gblair and @adrianstarling!

Your warm support is so motivating!

Eric, yes, the more I research the "police light" situtation, the more confusing it gets! Not all aircraft (of all blocks...) seem to carry one...

So, for the moment, I will just resort to say that I will model a bird which evidently carried one!

George, those police lights are supposed to illuminate the intercepted aircraft, so their codes can be taken!

Thanks for the info on the lights, Erik (@airbum) and Spiros (@fiveten). Before I started flying, I was a radar intercept officer at a mobile radar site. One of the first things we learned was how to do an intercept for a visual identification of a bogie. It makes sense that there would be lights for that purpose. If I recall correctly, we would usually try to bring the interceptor up on the left side of the target so that the pilot (especially of multi-engine planes) could see the interceptor and not do anything stupid. I suppose you could join on either side of a single-place fighter.

Hi Spiros. I like all these small details that you add. These details always add visual interest to the model. I am looking forward to the next installment. Well done!
