The painting will be done using Gunze acrylic colors:
An interesting scheme indeed, Marcus. Looking forward to the final paint job.
Wow, Marcus @mvtb! What a surprise for the new year! The Esci is a beautiful oldie, with this camo will look ABSOLUTELY amazing! We operated SLUFs in Greece, so i have an even more particular affection to them. Eagerly waiting for your progress! Happy New Year, my friend!
Marcus (@mvtb), what an interesting plane. Thank you for sharing a build journal on this one - I will be strapped in to follow the happenings as they unfold.
Thank you my friends.
My work in this kit is awful,as the painting has revealed,but...the camo is the focus on this project after all...36375 airbrushed:

Your work does not seem that awful to me, @mvtb. In fact, it looks good! Nice gray airbrushed!
I agree with Spiros that your build does not look bad at all, Marcus. It looks great and the paintwork will make it very special.
I am happy to report that the pictures shows no major flaws in the build on my PC screen Marcus. Keep those updates comin' @mvtb!
Thanks my friends...the poor job goes on,as to finish it as soon as possible...never mind the poor pics:
Anxious to apply the Dark Gray...
The scheme is starting to look beautiful, Marcus. I really like it.
I like it too, Marcus @mvtb! Carry on the good job!
Coming along just fine Marcus (@mvtb). Very nicely laid camo!
If I may; try cleaning the lens on your phone with a cloth before taking the next pictures - I think the quality is down to a fingerprint on the lens (Dont ask how I know) ;).
