The Eduard Mustang looks awesome, Louis (@lgardner). All of those extra parts will make it hard to decide what to hang on the plane. You and your wife will have all of my best thoughts as you wait for the imaging results.
-
Very nice progress on the Mustangs, Louis @lgardner Let's pray that the imaging results are good.
-
Great progress so far, my friend @lgardner! Hope the imaging results are excellent.

Louis @lgardner best wishes for your wife. You are really cranking along on the Mustangs. That Eduard bit with the coolant lines is the bit Tom @tcinla advises gluing to the bottom of the cockpit floor instead […]
-
Louis @lgardner Something went wrong in spots of the Mission Models Blue-Grey on the fuselage, thought that my handling by accident had changed things to a darker shade. Even after two more coats, the dark […]

Then the Eduard Mustang makes it's appearance ! This is the Overtrees kit. It's a P-51D-5 version, without the fillet section on the vertical fin. This is the model I will be using the "Donald Duck" […]

Today I sprayed the color Black on the various Mustangs in the Kindergarten. I also opened up the Eduard box, and began painting the parts for this Mustang too. Boy what a big difference between the new […]

George R Blair Jr (@gblair) Thanks for the compliments. It is a lot easier for me building them this way. It saves me a lot of time when it comes to painting them, mainly with clean up time with the air brush […]

@kahu - the TBD interiors were painted Bronze Green starting in 1940.

@lgardner - the HB kit will likely be a scaledown of the 1/32 Trumpeter kit. Given that there is 45 years of improvement in plastic molding, I would consider a scaledown of the 1/32 kit to be pretty superior to […]

David Odenwald (@kahu) I really like how you painted the aileron. It looks really good like that. On most of my built Corsairs that are painted with Blue Gray, I try to lighten the fabric a little bit more than […]

Definitely starts to look like a Flogger, Sebastijan @inflames Some challenges but you will definitely tackle those.
-
Good start on the decals, Tim @otis1229
-
Giving you challenges but looking awesome so far, my friend @inflames!
-
Decaling looks great so far, my friend @otis1229!
-
Started decals, some sheets are fairly aged so it’s definitely trying my luck and skills
-
Thanks, guys! I am really loosing my mojo on this one but I keep struggling on. I have finally added the wings and the leading edge extensions - wings fit nicely but the extensions again needed putty and filling. […]
-
Very nice progress, Tom @tcinla You tackled the kit's issues perfectly, thanks a warning us on what to be expected from this kit/
-
Great progress, my friend @tcinla! And equally great instructions on how to overcome some build issues! Nice camo chosen!
