Tamiya, 1:48 scale Heinkel He-219A-7 “Uhu”

One of my later efforts, Tamiya's 1:48 scale Heinkel He-219. A really nice model and a good build. Good detail inside and out, and most importantly, the fit was excellent so that negated a WHOLE lot of sanding. The cockpit is a unique arrang[...]

The Ki-43 has long been one of my favorite Japanese aircraft of the Second World War. Over the years I have built many in pretty much every scale they have been produced in. My favorite, has to be Nichimo's Ki-43 Ic. Hasegawa released a bunch[...]

These are the photos that came out, I've been having focus problems of late The 1970's Tamiya Pzll, with Alan Pzll roadwheels and idler, spares box tools and paper tarp, with Wespe tracks (shortened)

Me-109

Well, things on the building front have been quiet recently, so here's another older build. This is a 1/32 Hasegawa Me-109G-6, finished as one of Erich Hartmann's aircraft. If I remember right, the decals are Eagle Strike.

And now for something completely different!

Trumpeter 1/72 J10-s In Chinese markings. Despite it's elegant form I recently found out that it does'nt really fly too well! Was doing some dusting one day and knocked her off the shelf, needless to say she exploded! Most of the small parts wer[...]

Yet another WIP!

This is the old (1976) Tamiya M10 Tank Destroyer. Built OOB, except for scraping off the molded on pioneer tools and adding some extras from past kits. Lower hull, tracks, and running gear are all that are left to complete, except for maybe a li[...]
