Messerschmitt Bf 109F-4, Royal Hungarian Air Force 1/48

Eduard Royal Class kit, decal N My 9th 109 (does that mean I have to build 100 more? Well the stack of unbuilt kits in the corner of my cave may suggest that, but with a small diversion now and then to other planes and eras). The matter in [...]

Me 209 V1: a dwarf on speed

755.138 kilometres per hour is an impressive speed- and that flight performance with which the Me 209 V1 shown here set a world speed record on 26 April 1939, which was to last until 1969. At the controls of this fragile and difficult to [...]

Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-10

This is my first plane since I built some back in the early 70’. Back then we didn’t bother painting the models, only glued them together and slapped on the decals. All in all a fun build but I think I’ll stick to armor models 🙂
