PLASMO’s Lighthearted Spring Video

An egg plane, a blooming cherry tree... Plasmos' newest video is a perfect reminder that it's perfectly fine to take things lightly :-)

Building a Spruce Bi-plane in WWI

This is a very comprehensive movie showing the cutting of timber and grading of the lumber to seasoning it in oven. Down to the production and manufacture of aircraft. Plus, it shows the covering of the wings with Irish linen and the manufacture[...]

1/144 A-Model C-7B Caribou – Unboxing

Goodday to all , This is a brief video unboxing review of my next aviation project the 1/144 scale DHC Caribou from A-Models. I may start this around mid March of 2019. Thanks !

Brewster F2A Buffalo Tamiya 1/48 – Aicraft Model

Another beauty by PLASMO. The old (ancient?) Tamiya kit gets a proper treatment:

Takom 1/72 V-2 Rocket, Hanomag SS100, Meilerwagen

I always enjoy the videos on PLASMOS's Youtube channel, and they provide lots of ideas on how to finish your models. His latest video is a very nice review and video build of Takom's V-2 and its tractor.

How-to: Safety belts for aircraft from scratch

A nifty video tutorial by Tom Grigat on making detailed seat belts (in 1/72 scale!). All you need is 0.1mm electrical wire, baking paper for the belts and a few tools, including a home-made buckle bender :)

I saw this posted in one of my blog feeds yesterday, and thought I'd pass it along. NASA has basically posted up (or is in the process of completing the postings) of over 500 new videos of archival historical flight footage. Here's a quote from[...]
