Hi there! I am an aeronautical design engineer, commercial helicopter pilot and flight instructor and I am also flying airplanes and gliders for fun.

I have been away from the hobby for more than 30 years, but returned to it on and off during the last two or three years as all of our children have almost left home . I was interested in everything flyable since I was a kid, but modelling went into the background after I got the chance to deal with the real thing ... ;-).

In terms of modelling I'm mainly interested in German WW2 fighters.
