Getting back to the Hornet, This session is to add a couple od pieces to the forward fuselage section.

The rear fuselage avionics cover is installed.

Next is the rear lower fuselage to rear fuselage filler panel is attached.

Next is to assemble the rear fuselage section.

The lower fuselage body is nicely detailed, though the wheel bays are a bit sparse. Which is typical 72nd scale of the day.

The kit provide full intake trunking which is a nice touch in this scale.

The front engine turbine faces are next to be attached.

Now to install each intake into the lower fuselage section.

Next is to assemble the upper rear body and side panels.

This does make the rear section a bit complicated where it may have better if these 3 parts were just one piece like on the Hase F/A-18.

A chance of misaligment as we move forward next time with the wings and tails.

    A few challenges, Chuck @uscusn
But all seems to get together quite nicely.
    The interior looks wonderful.
