    Hi everyone!

This is the HobbyBoss 1/72 MiG-15UTI Midget "Easy Assembly" kit...

Here are the box contents and the instructions, which are essentially the back side of the box... This is going to be a quick build and has a relatively tight time frame, as it will be sent as a Christmas gift to a very good friend in France. I intend to finish it in the interesting Iraq markings, as it stood in the late 80's... Did some assembly this morning, here is how the model stands so far...

    More to come!

Landing gear attached, it is going to be painted per the underside light blue, which was one of the colors used for the undercarriage and/or bays (light gray, darker blue, possibly green or even silver are also candidates)...

Keep up the good work Spiros. I've had to step back from modeling. Seeing and reading your adventures in modeling is a real pick me up.

These easy build kits are interesting - they can range from "WTF" to "pretty nice." This one is one of those.

    Nice looking build Spiros!
I also bought this kit for about $10, and I was impressed. A pretty quick and relatively easy build that lets you get to painting sonnet that other kits.

    Very nice progress, Spiros @fiveten
You can never complain about a $10 kit, especially not this one.

    Solid indeed!
With so much plastic in the back, looks like you need about 100g to make the plane sit proper.
