    I got all excited by the aftermarket cockpit set for this model and bought it before I bought the kit. I had access to a couple of real Mohawks during this build so reference was not a problem.

    There's one problem here, which is easy to fix: the side hatches to not hinge at the top, but rather fore and aft at the corners. The top edge is actually inside the canopy when the side hatch is raised. Lots of people don't know this or see it when they look at photos. We have a Mohawk out at Planes of Fame and I have seen it open several times. Like I said, an easy fix. HTH
