Will make Tamiya´s P-47M in 1/48 into a P-47D-40 but question is what parts will I use? After a fair bit of googling I came to this conclusion, please help me to know wether it is correct:

    Floor unribbed per 47M.
    Spoked hubs.
    Long dorsal fin insert.
    D-model engine crank case.
Wing inserts per 47M, including landing light and dive brakes.
    Big paddle blades.

The prop could have been either the big paddle blades or the Curtis Electric symmetrical paddle. Those props were used interchangeably on P-47s going back to the spring of 1944.
