    At one point, I had a range of WWII aircraft all painted in the same scheme (Intermediate Blue/Gull gray) - I got on this kick and I thought they looked good (what do I know) .

    Craig, what did you use for the blue-gray uppers? Great collection, and you know a lot, and they look great! Next, you'll be painting figures, or something. Actually, the classic Monogram pilot-with-the-clipboard in front of the TBD looks really good! I suspect he's Cdr. John Waldron, CO of Torpedo Eight, based on his photo in various books about Midway.
