Hi Allan! This is such a nice choice and you've made a great progress so far, improving the classic Airfix!
The usual treatment PLUS some scratchbuilt intakes - count me in!
Thanks Spiros, more modifying than improving, ------------ Thanks Erik, ------ copies from another kit !
A little more done to the canopy.

Nice work on these transparencies, Allan @kalamazoo!
Thanks Spiros.
Another great choice, Allan (@kalamazoo). I'm not sure I have ever seen a Vampire with the big intakes on top. Looking forward to seeing your great work on this one.
Thanks George, RR Nene powered, they were not used by the RAF, but produced by Australia and France, our later versions had them moved to the under side !
A bit of black paint on the canopy.
Looks great Allan @kalamazoo! Makes me eager to pull out and build my 1/72 Revell SE 535 Mistral!
Thanks Spiros, go on !
Navigation lights on, need gentle shaping !
I love those navlights, Allan @kalamazoo! I am usually too lazy or reluctant to implement them at my models... I think I must standardize it though, makes a lightyear of a difference!
Thanks Spiros, better than a blob of red or green paint !
