I've always been a big fan of Hawker's Hurricane, and was hoping someone came out with a decent kit of the type. When I saw the test shot of this a few years back I was chomping at the bit! This isnt your father's Airfix anymore...
Beautifully detailed inside and out, as soon as I opened the box, she went straight away to the front of the "To do" pile. I found the fit to be excellent, detail in the cockpit and wheel wells to be spot on, and the only boogie-boos, would be the fit of the radiator cover, over the cores, and the forward seam of the lower wing to fuselage. Both are easily dealt with with filler and sanding, but just be aware that the issues are there lads.
Otherwise, she's a great build, and I'm closing in on finishing her off, with thinned oils and pastel chalks. Then the fiddly bits and she's fini!
