    Should get the color coats on tonight. This is the first time I've ever tried pre-shading. It's kinda fun. I'm also using someone else's technique of painting the top colors over silver to have a more realistic paint chipping effect, the invasion stripes will look freshly added though.

    Nice work Josh, have you rescribed all the panel lines? I look forward to seeing the weathering on this one given you are going down the all over NMF before adding the camo route.

    I only re-scribe what I remove when cleaning seams. I use an Xact-0 blade to fill in the gaps and it leaves a little ridge. Blends in with the raised lines pretty well. For the lines over the top of the fuselage, I simply roll the edge of a razor blade from one side of the fuse to the other connecting the two lines.
