For the D-Day build, I will enter two new Eduard P-51B's: "Hun Hunter from Texas" from the 355th Fighter Group and "Passion Wagon" from the 357th Fighter Group.

For me, these two airplanes provide an opportunity to do some more "odd-ball" D-Day stripes.

Most interesting is "Hun Hunter," Henry W. Brown's fighter. The airplane was one of the first NMF P-51Bs to arrive in England and received a pretty complete upper surface camouflage - most likely in RAF Dark Green - with the lower surfaces left unpainted. The stripes are again "grubby".

Arvil "Robby" Roberson's first "Passion Wagon" is interesting because of the very temporary D-Day stripes over a standard OD/NG airframe.
