Adding "friends"

Hi. Just joined and got a "new friendship request". How do I make this person a "friend"? When I go to the members page, there is a button to add a friend to the right of each name, but the one who requested this has a "cancel friendship request" button next to his.

Make suire you are logged in for this.

When you are logged in, new friendship requests should show as notifications at the sidebar (left side of the screen) underneath your credentials. A click on the link will lead you to a page
where you can confirm each request.

Alternatively, you can go to "My Stuff" main navigation tab (visible in the upper right corner). Your personal page will appear, which also serves as a control panel to all your personal content and settings. On that page, select Friends, then Requests. This will show you a list of all pending friendship requests.

Lastly, this direct link should lead you there.
