A further round of bug fixes and improvements today, with two notable additions that justify a mention and a short tutorial ๐
Users can now drag-and-drop picture files directly from their computer to the editor.

1. Drag files from here...
2. ...directly to your iModeler editor. When dropped, the images will be uploaded automatically.
Reviewed & improved functionality to mute a user
On those rare occasions when you want to protect yourself from some other user's spam or unwanted behavior, you can mute that user. To do that , go to the offending user's profile and use the MUTE button.
-
1. Use the mute button to restrict a user's ability to respond to your posts
Whenever a user is muted, she or he will not be able to comment on your articles or participate in the forum topics that you started. Instead, the muted user will be presented with a message such as this:
-
1. Example of a message displayed to a muted user
A muted user won't be able to send you any private messages and you will not be able to see any of his/her activity in the activity stream.
Note that any already existing posts, comments or messages will not be affected. Like all the other users, you and the muted person will still be able to see each otherโs posts and comments, and freely comment on posts started by others. Also, there are no restrictions on liking each other's posts.
The mute function has been designed to act gently & cleverly but be seldom used - frankly, the last time it was invoked by anyone was over a year ago. But on a day when you decide that you really need it, you will find it effective. It gives you this gentle way of controlling the tone of discussion at your posts without resorting to moderator interventions, banning or getting into sorry debates about behavior.
Muting shall never be used as a way to offend or discredit a person, and for that reason the information about being muted will only ever be displayed to the directly affected.
Please use this function thoughtfully and always remember that you can unmute a person anytime ๐
