Visitors can now choose to register and login to iModeler by using their Facebook or Google profiles. Suitable buttons have been placed in the login form.

For example, when pressing the "Login with facebook" button for the first time, you will be prompted to authorize iModeler to access your Facebook profile data. When you confirm, iModeler will retrieve your name etc. from your social media profile and create a corresponding user profile at iModeler. This way you don't even need to fill in a registration form at iModeler to get started.

When logging in with Facebook on a consecutive visit, the system will ask Facebook to authenticate you as a person, then use an email address connected to your Facebook identity to bring up your corresponding iModeler email. It works great, and means that you don't need to maintain a separate password for iModeler.

The whole process is safe and easy, and can be used instead of or in conjunction with traditional login. Note that using a social media login brings no obligation on your part - you can switch back to manual login (requesting a new password if required) at any time.
