Here is the Hobby Boss "easy assembly" 1/72 M.S.406 that my sons picked from our petite local hobby shop yesterday afternoon, a simple but nice kit...

Thanks my friend @johnb! Easy in this case is a combination of lower number of parts and less detail, also it can be snap-fitted (but better be glued). Good point here is that the kit is not oversimplified, still looking acceptable once finished.
