Hi Everyone, I wanted to find out if there was some kind of way to remove parts that have been glued in. I have some started kits that I'd like to remove the pieces so I can paint them properly.
    Thanks

@anthonyricco, that is a very good question Anthony.
If I need to remove something which has been glued already, I use a very sharp knife and first try if it comes loose with a bit of friction. If that doesn't help I try to cut/saw it out gently. It is however not an easy process.

Yeah thats what I've been finding - someone glued in all the cockpit parts without any paint so trying to get them out to repaint and add some details but I'm ending up breaking things.

    Thanks for that advice.

I do exactly the same thing as our friend @johnb, my friend @anthonyricco. Usually, I also apply extra thin glue over the joints beforehand: the glue penetrates the joint and makes the splitting easier.

Brilliant thanks Spiros, I'll try and use the extra thin to soften it.
