More Fokker progress today, including assembling the guns. Not much left to do before final assembly. One problem is that I think the control horns for the ailerons and elevator are a little anemic. I may fashion replacements from card.

The Ernst Udet plane looks great in the headline section. It really pops with the red fuselage and lozenge decals.

By the looks of things, your Fokker might be following the Siemens soon ! Man oh man this is looking great... and making things that much harder for me to resist cutting the plastic on the Roden Siemens and Wingnut Wings Fokker... 😉

Keep it going brother... You are on a roll !

Guns and control horns installed. I’m hoping to get the top wing on today. Thus one should be done by Thursday.

    Very nice, John @j-healy
Those control horns are really small, for sure a steady hand is required.

On its feet with top wing added. I usually fix the cabane struts in place first on biplanes, but did the main struts first on this one. I wasn’t sure I’d get an exact alignment with the cabanes and the “N” style mains lend themselves to being installed first. It worked pretty well and the landing gear slipped into place. Almost there…….

The upper wing fits perfectly, John @j-healy
Perfectly aligned, as does the landing gear.

I finished the prop, added some small details, and hit the plane with a semi-gloss clear coat today. I’ll glue the prop on and post some pics of the finished product on the main page tomorrow. Thanks for following along!
