Looking super, my friend @ij001!
Very nice, Ian @ij001
Chips & filters finished. Started adding the stowage which has only the basic tones so far. Not going to load this one up too much, just keeping it 'light' this time.

Great progressing, Ian @ij001
Looks superb so far, my friend @ij001!
Stowage finished. All hand painted with (mainly) thinned Tamiya and Mig acrylics. Added shadows with enamels, then lastly a dark wash. Made the bracket for the spare wheel on the glacis with some thn plastic strip - came-put really nice.
Next will be my least favourite part of AFV modelling... pigments (Ughhhh !). Have a great weekend all. More next week.

Beautiful detailing, Ian @ij001
Looking super so far, my friend @ij001!
This looks great, Ian. I’ve been tempted to get one of those.
Both the M10 and the Achilles are superb kits - Tamiya at their best. Just saving the pennies for the M18 Hellcat at the moment AND, there's a Jagdpanther on the way...
...yeah I have a thing for Tank Destroyers.
A beautiful set, Ian @ij001 Amazing work on all those details.
Amazing indeed, my friend @ij001!
Lat update: Very nearly there - need to dirty-up that tarp on the glacis and then build & detail the .50cal that sits between the counterweights.
At some point there will be a full crew, but I'll need a new consignment of 'brave pills' before I start on them.
Hopefully finished over the coming weekend. Cheers for now.
