Not quite straight from the box, it has Aber grilles, using Tamiya acrylics to mix the late war (pale) Dunkelgelb and richer Dunkelgrun. I don't like Tamiya's 'new' Red-Brown 2 (XF-90) so mixed my own from 'Flat Earth' and 'Red-Brown' (XF-64) roughly 30/70.

Next will be light chipping and the first pin-wash. More later in the week, hopefully. Cheers from NZ - where it's Spring at-last !.

First layer of 'weathering' done - chips & scratches added then sealed in with two coats of Tamiya X-22 clear. I added two drops of lacquer orange to the clear to warm-up the camo tones just a little.

Next decals which won't take more than 15 mins, then when they're dry, a quick sealing coat and on to a pin-wash. Have a great weekend folks, cheers from NZ.

Interesting vehicle, Ian. It’s the only tank that looks “fast”.

    Update:
All the paint & weathering finished now except for the exhaust mufflers which I added only this morning. Next will be the tracks and extra track-links. If the 'real world' doesn't get in the way, then hopefully have another update in the middle of the week.

Cheers all, have a great weekend.
