Here are some more pictures I took this morning in daylight, FYI

As you can see, the interior is a model-in-a-model

    Here some more:

    Enjoy, Michel.

This build is now nearing completion.

I did some final assemblies on the doors and then attached them with CA. Yesterday, I applied pigment dust to the wheels. I used a mix of white, black and sand color. The wheels are DEF Model resin alternatives for the - inflated - kit wheels (DS rubber). All my effots consisted in reproducing in part this set of images of the real deal:

Here are some shots - bad weather today can't use better lighting outside/alas.

Here I already applied a wash from oils diluted in lighter fluid.

    The top looks like this:

I will now apply some finishing touces to the painting and apply one more decal.
    I hope you like!

    Happy modeling!

This looks incredible ! I don't know where to begin... The snow you made, the bullet hole in the glass, the detail inside the vehicle is over the top. The guard rails and street signs are also very realistic and life like. I have always been impressed by everything you build. However this one and your Karl Morser are my favorites to date.

I am looking forward to your Korean War build. I know you had mentioned something earlier about building the scene I picked out for the main photo in the group's page.

This one that has the USMC M-26 Pershing in the snow.

If you can get to build this, it would really be fantastic. However, I completely understand how life things, (and our work) tends to get in the way of our hobby.

So if it doesn't materialize in time, I understand this as well.

We can cross this bridge when we get to it... and I will definitely work with you to help you with the deadline, if this ends up being a problem.

I'm sure that whatever you decide will be just fine.

    Thanks my friend.

Truly amazing work Michel @michel-verschuere, the first time I came across this build, I wish I'd been along for the full journey. I love dioramas based on actual pictures and events, this is fantastic. well done.
