Sounds like perfect weather for modelling.

Hi @johnb and Spiros @fiveten, here’s the main bodywork, doors, and rear wing after three coats of pearl white, another three coats of clear, and the application of polish. Not perfect but beginning to look the part.

Plenty more to do, happy modelling.

Thanks @johnb, Spiros @fiveten, and Gary @garybrantley. Here are a couple of component photos. First the wheels:

They come ready chromed, I’ve added the Lamborghini symbols to the centre, fitted the Pirellis, and tried to pick out the wheel nuts in black (not very successfully).

Next we have the various parts that make up the doors including the mirrors and footplates.

The bits of bent wire are the hinges that enable the doors to be opened in genuine Lamborghini “scissor” fashion. We’ll see how that goes.
