I re-re-re-re-restarted this kit which is the bane of my modeling existence.
Did something amazing, I finished most of the flight deck (my first ever wooden deck) with dry transfer decals.
TC once mentioned that momentum is the rule for ship building. He isn't kidding. I've been tripping, stumbling and fumbling on this kit since 2010. It was too much of a boat for me (especially the damn PE) when I started, but to paraphrase what dad once said, my butt/skill with PE couldn't cash the check my ego was writing.
