Hawker Typhoon IB 266 (Rhodesia )Squadron, RAF, Advanced Landing Ground B89 Mill, The Netherlands
april 1945. Flown by Squadron leader R E G Sheward as his personal aircraft. Mill in the Netherland is located just south-west of Nijmegen. From this ALG B89 is nothing to be seen today.
The Airfix giftset with the new tooled Typhoon comes with the decals of this aircraft, and builds into a very nice model in 1/72 scale.
