Excellent result so far, my friend @flypastrush!
Excellent results from the good old spares box.
@flypastrush - there's an easy way to deal with the decal silvering on the insignig - slice the decal with a new #11 blade, then flood with solvent. It will get rid of the air bubbles under the decal and settle down so you don't see any sign of the slicing.
Thanks John, George & Spiros, Made some more progress this weekend
Yes Aldo keeping all those spare decals that I didn't use on projects does help out at times
A little bit more work done on the Mosquito XIII over the weekend. Getting some panel line wash on and then off again to weather it up somewhat- Hope you all had a good weekend

Wash and weathering are really excellently done, my friend @flypastrush!
Nice work on the weathering, @flypastrush
Thanks Spiros and John - just a couple of touch-ups here and I will be giving it the final matte clear coat
Pretty much at the finish line with this RCAF Mosquito build… added washes and weathering and then got the dull coat sprayed. Now just adding the final fragile pieces into the mix
Looking really great, @flypastrush I do hope my current Mosquito build will look as beautiful as yours.
It is a beauty already, my friend @flypastrush!
Thanks John, The Tamiya kit is a joy to build and certainly helped me get it right along the way. Best of luck with your Mosquito build @johnb and looking forward to seeing its debut at this site - Cheers
Thanks Spiros, I am happy with the way that kit turned out and have another Tamiya Mosquito (slightly different version) in the stash which I am now looking forward to building as well. - Cheers
A fine looking Mossie and a great contribution to RCAF 100
